INWARD: Through inward reflection, planning, and investigation, you’ll start using Your Personal Roadmap. Here’s where we’ll set goals and the whole tone for your journey with a holistic mind-body approach.

NOURISH: Address your stress, self-care, and other “in-tangible” causes of inflammation and blockages to your health with small, impactful habits that stick. Learn more about nurturing yourself through an anti-inflammatory lifestyle and nourishing nutrition practices.Â

TRUST: To thrive in your body, you must trust. To trust, you need to know your body more. I’ll teach you the fundamental principles of digestion and hormone balance and we’ll harness the mind-body connection to support both at a foundational root-cause level to see a domino effect on pesky, recurring symptoms and set you up for true healing.

UNIQUENESS: Time to reflect and tweak your plan with your bio-individuality in mind, you’ve been trying new things and strengthening habits that are serving your highest health. We’ll ensure you’re expanding your foods with reintroductions if needed and addressing any triggers that are still lurking.

NON-NEGOTIABLES: We’ll start easing into everyday life with what’s sustainable and solidify habits we’ve been working on for the long-haul feeling good with joyful movement, supporting daily detox, and nailing restful sleep. Less “to-do” lists and more purposeful habits that move the needle on your goals on autopilot.

EMBRACE: We’ll go through emotional and mental releases to complete the “Be, Do, Have” cycle as you graduate on in your personal transformation. We’ll check-in to review your symptom analysis comparison report to track your improvements from the beginning as well!
