I don’t have an autoimmune diagnosis, but I have symptoms I want help with. Is this still okay for me?
Absolutely. We work with clients both with and without diagnosed autoimmune conditions. If you’re experiencing symptoms, we’ll support you at the root-cause level just the same.
I have a specific chronic illness or syndrome. Is this right for me?
Yes. Because this program is fully bio-individual, any chronic illness or diagnosis you have will be taken into account when building your Personal Roadmap. We tailor your recommendations based on your unique symptoms, health history, and lifestyle so your plan is safe, supportive, and aligned with your goals.
You’ll also have ongoing support as you put everything into practice, along with foundational tools that help your body get in tune and create real, lasting progress, no matter what you’re navigating.
I’ve tried so many diets, and I don't want to cut out more! Will I have to follow a strict elimination diet like AIP?
Not at all. One of the core foundations of this program is that there is no one-size-fits-all protocol. Instead, you’ll follow Your Personal Roadmap, a plan created specifically for you based on your symptoms, history, and goals. You’ll get structure and clear guidance, but this is not AIP, and it’s not an elimination-style program.
Our goal is to help you reconnect with your body so you can consistently nourish yourself with food - and beyond - no matter what life looks like.
If you’ve followed my work, you’ve probably heard me say, “I want you to eat MORE food, not less.” You don’t need to keep cutting things out in the name of health. That said, we may highlight a few foods that could be contributing to inflammation or slowing your progress. But our focus will always be on what you can add in, not what you “can’t” have.
Sometimes it's truly hard to picture anything else when we come from a history of healing diets or food fear, but we'll break out of that mold together. We’ll help you build your own “YOU” diet -- something that's flexible, sustainable, and supportive, without deprivation or rules that backfire. You’re not alone in this; we, along with many of our clients, have stood exactly where you are now.
All you need to become a part of the Method is a desire to feel better and a willingness to accept support. And if you’re worried about “willpower,” we’ll unpack why that’s not what creates lasting change anyway (and why that kind of pressure hasn't worked for you in the past). We’ll pair nutrition with integrative mind-body work so you can approach your health from a completely different, and far more effective place.
I have a lot of food sensitivities. Will this work for me?
Absolutely. Because this program is built around Your Personal Roadmap, everything starts with your body, your symptoms, and your needs. You’ll receive a personalized meal template recommendation, plus access to flexible bonus templates that work with whatever foods you can eat. It doesn't get more flexible than that!
The meal prep plans included in the program are simply there for convenience and inspiration. They’re examples, not requirements. You’ll also have a "common swaps" guide to help you quickly substitute ingredients, and we’re always here to brainstorm ideas or modifications whenever you need them.
Many clients use the templates, meal plans, and recipes as jumping-off points to create meals that feel good for their body. You can follow them as-is, customize them completely, or skip them and stick to your personal template. Whatever works best... we’ll support you in making it your own.
I already work with another functional medicine practitioner. Can this still work for me?
Yes! Many of our clients work with a team of practitioners, including functional medicine doctors, naturopaths, and specialists. Each provider plays a different role, and this program is designed to complement, not replace, the work you’re already doing.
Functional medicine practitioners tend to focus on diagnostics, protocols, and treatment plans. What’s often missing is the ongoing support in the day-to-day implementation -- nutrition guidance, habit-building, mindset work, and integrating lifestyle recommendations into real life. That’s where the In Tune Method fits in.
Everything we create for you is personalized and takes your current care, diagnoses, and recommendations into account. If you’re on medications or supplements, that will all be considered so that nothing conflicts.
And of course, if you ever have questions about starting something new, I always encourage you to loop in your doctor or practitioner as needed.

Will I lose weight?
The In Tune Method is not a weight-loss program. It’s designed to strengthen digestion, balance hormones, and reduce inflammation. As your body finds balance, you may naturally release weight if that’s what your body needs.
If weight loss is one of your goals, you can note that in your intake process, and we’ll keep it in mind when creating your Personal Roadmap. It just won’t be the primary focus, since weight is a symptom, not a root cause.
If you’re concerned about maintaining or gaining weight, the same applies. Your plan is built around your body, your needs, and your goals.
How much time should I expect to spend each week?
Plan for about one hour each week for our calls and another hour for your practices, reflections, or any light “homework.” Most clients find the rhythm very manageable... supportive without being overwhelming.
And don’t worry, you have lifetime access to everything! So there's never a rush. We'll keep you focused on what's most important to take action in through our 1:1 support and check-ins.
What if I’m unhappy with the program? Do you offer refunds?
All payments are final, and no refunds or cancellations of payment plans will be issued regardless of participation.
Because of that, I want you to feel confident before enrolling. If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, please book a fit call or send us an email with your questions. We want you to feel confident and supported from the start.
Once you’re inside the program, we're deeply committed to making sure you get the clarity and support you need. If you’re not satisfied with something, we will hop on the phone and work through it together with whatever you need to be successful.
I feel like I only need the personalized, 1:1 support and am unsure about the group coaching component, will this work for me?
We do not heal in isolation, so we have combined the best of both worlds... this is a 1:1 program with your personal roadmap built off your personal data and labs.
As a bonus, you'll normalize the shifts we are making and gain even more momentum and accountability with the bonus group access and group calls. We'll tackle mindset, lifestyle questions, and coming together to grow together.
Chances are, you've already been doing this completely alone... and it's not working. It's time to have your 1:1 plan, support and coaching alongside women who want to see you win and are doing it with you. It changes everything.
As a side note, we know our friends/family love us... but they often don't get it, are NOT walking in our shoes, and being the odd person out doesn't help us keep consistent. Being with friends who do get it, makes this so much easier.
I have travel or special occasions coming up. Should I wait to join?
Not at all. Life is busy, and there will almost always be events, trips, or celebrations on the calendar. That’s actually a perfect way to stress-test the habits you’ll be building, so you can make them sustainable in real, busy life, not just in a bubble.
We’ve supported clients through all kinds of life circumstances, and the program is designed to work with your schedule, not against it. Your support calls and chat conversations are there to guide you through these busy or challenging times, so you never have to navigate them alone.
If there's a conflict you're still unsure of, note that on your application, and we'll talk through it together.
Do you accept HSA/FSA or insurance?
Yes! We accept HSA/FSA cards as long as your plan covers health coaching, you’re all set to use your card, and many clients have done so successfully.
We do not accept insurance directly. However, we can provide a Superbill (receipt) for you to submit for health coaching reimbursement after services are rendered. Please note that we cannot guarantee coverage, reimbursement, or payment from your insurance or health management company.
How much is the investment?
It depends on what you need for success. This is one of the reasons we have an application and discovery call, to first confirm it’s a fit on both sides and we can help you + to also create the initial plan on what we’d do together. We’ll then walk through pricing options together so you feel fully supported in your next step and financial planning.
Many clients use HSA/FSA or request Superbills.
Flexible options and payment plans are available for many types of budgets.
When does the program start and stop?
The program is typically around 6 months long, and you have lifetime access to all the program content, tools, and resources. You'll start immediately.
If you have specific questions about the program timeline and how it can best fit into your schedule, we'll discuss those on your discovery call.
Will this work internationally?
Yes! We work with clients all over the world, including the U.S., Canada, U.K., Germany, New Zealand, and South America.
